I am Back!

Hello Everyone

Sorry about this post taking so long to appear.  I had a busy time before we went on our European River Cruise in March this year.  The lead up was hectic with packing and me having to travel to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney each day for intensive physiotherapy for an attack of Viral Vertigo in July last year.  This has left me without any balance on my right side.  I have exercises to do and if I don't do them then the balance organ on my left side will consequently destroy itself and I will be left without any balance at all.   Enough of that now onto the trip.

We had a lovely time on the Scenic Diamond one of the newest in the fleet.  We had a lovely cabin with a balcony and a butler.  His name was Milan and he was ever so nice.  He ironed our clothes brought us breakfast in bed if we wanted it.  He worried about us which was lovely.
We arrived in Paris after a 3 day break in Singapore.  Paris was cold but so lovely. We were there only 3 days but we saw the sights and just loved it.  We boarded the ship in Amsterdam and floated down the Rhine then onto the Danube River.  We left the ship in Budapest and flew back to Singapore for another 3 day rest then home.  We met so many lovely people.

Now we are back home it has been time to think about Mothers Day cards and I have done some for a lady who has a little gift shop near here.   The following are the cards I made for her.

Happy Mother' Day
I hope you like them.

Hello everyone, I am sorry I have not posted for a while now but I have been doing the rounds of the doctor's waiting rooms lately.  A practice I don't really want to follow as I retired from working for doctors a few years ago.
I have made a few Valentine's cards not as many as I would like to but hope you like the ones I have to show you.

I have used Stampin' Up Whisper White cardstock for the card bases.  There are a number of different colours of DSP, ribbon and inks. The colours include Real Red, Riding Hood Red and Rich Razzleberry.    Hope you like them.

I will be going on holiday to Europe in March (Brrrrr) and have not had time to organise classes but when I return and our health being good I will begin my card making and scrapbooking classes in time for Mothers' Day.  With all the beautiful stamps, papers, ribbons and embellishments in the Stampin' Up catalogues at the moment there are so many lovely projects you can make.

I will try to post before I go but if not I hope you all get through this rainy Summer.  I have seen on the news that it is the coldest Winter for many years.  Maybe the cruise down the Rhine River will be a skate down the river.  Whatever it will be wonderful for my husband and me to have a well earned break.
